ROCKLEIGH, N.J. — Volvo Car USA LLC (VCUSA) announced that buyers of the 2017 V90 wagon can order their vehicle direct from the OEM’s Gothenburg, Sweden, factory. The service can be initiated online or at a Volvo dealership.

Customers can use Volvo Concierge to connect with a sales representative online and configure their vehicle through online chat, email or phone. Concierge users will receive shipping updates from their appointed representative as their vehicle makes its way from Sweden to their local dealership for delivery.

V90 buyers who use the online-ordering service can also select Overseas Delivery. This service provides two paid airline tickets and hotel accommodations to Gothenburg, where customers can take a tour of the factory and then pick up their car at Volvo’s Factory Delivery Experience Center. They can drive the car throughout Europe and drop it off at a designated port for shipping.
