ANAHEIM, Calif. — The Next Up was awarded an Automotive Website Award in the Sales Process category by PCG Digital Consulting during the NADA Convention in Las Vegas.

PCG was impressed with The Next Up’s performance in its review saying that the system led to a noticeable increase in logged ups in their CRM.

“The average customer sees at least a 25% increase in logged ups in their CRM,” said PCG. “More logged ups will result in more sales and greater transparency into the dealer’s sales funnel.”

The Next Up helps dealerships manage sales activity to increase CRM input, appointments, test drives and sales. It uses a round robin system of assigning sales staff with customers to eliminate cherry picking and ensure sales people are available to greet customers and be productive answering email leads or setting up future appointments when not.

The Automotive Website Awards was started in 2008 and recognizes the best vendors in automotive digital marketing and are a benchmark in the industry for innovative products in technology, design, search marketing and social media.

“We are thrilled with the AWA Sales Process Award and thank PCG for shining a spotlight on the importance of sales processes in our industry,” said Clint Burns, CEO of The Next Up. “We firmly believe that a dialed-in process is key to a terrific guest experience and will ultimately help sell more cars.”
