ATLANTA — Dealer marketing services provider Hearst Autos announced the establishment of a new, permanent office in Chamblee, Ga., just outside of Atlanta. Located in Chamblee’s Antique Row district, the office has an open floorplan dedicated to optimizing workflow, including whiteboard spaces that allow teams to share ideas openly and track design sprints over multiday sessions.
Officials said the decision to move into a new space was based on the company’s strong growth over the last year and its desire to establish a permanent Hearst Autos presence in Atlanta. The interior was designed to cultivate a sense of creativity and community among Hearst Autos’ teams and the Chamblee community. Embracing local artists and shops and the city’s heritage, the company commissioned local artist Yoyo Ferro to paint a custom mural in the reception and kitchen areas, and employees collaborated on Atlanta-inspired conference room names.
The overall idea of the new office space was to create an innovative and inspiring environment that will continue to foster the company’s unique culture and attract Atlanta’s best and brightest talent, according to Hearst Autos CPO Josh Searcy.
“Rearchitecting the Car and Driver shopping experience is at the heart of everything we’re doing right now at Hearst Autos,” Searcy said. “The more we can nurture collaboration within our teams and continue to keep employees inspired, the more we can optimize the consumer journey — for enthusiasts and in-market consumers alike — across every touchpoint. We believe our new Atlanta office really embodies the innovative spirit of Hearst Autos.”
The company is scheduled to officially move into its new space this Thursday, Sept. 21.
