ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems has integrated its DMS with Quik Video, a provider of video technology to dealership service departments.
With the addition of Quik Video, Auto/Mate customers have the option to create and send videos that can change multipoint inspection (MPI) identified work into MPI sold work, while helping to increase customer retention, customer satisfaction and revenue, said Mike Esposito, president and CEO of Auto/Mate.

Quik Video makes it easy for service technicians, advisors, and managers to create and send videos via text and email to customers. With Quik Video, dealers can expect to see a 50% increase in MPI identified work approvals, all according to the company.
