NORFOLK, Va. — Dominion Dealer Solutions has announced the release of three new services, integrations, and updates and teased the announcement of new technology at the 2019 NADA Show in January.

Dominion’s Dealer Specialties division announced the national launch of C.A.R.Score, a service offering consumer-facing vehicle condition reports to dealers. C.A.R.Score reports were designed to provide car shoppers with the ability to see the current condition of a vehicle, including instrument and control panels, interior odors, mirrors, upholstery, and tire tread depth.

Dominion also announced the integration of its cloud-based Vision CRM and Inventory Manager solution. Users of the two platforms can begin searching for and stocking in-demand vehicles, appraise units in advance of purchasing them at auction, and get market-based pricing insights, executives said.

“These integrations simplify dealership processes,” said Shane Marcum, vice president of inventory services and solutions at Dominion Dealer Specialties. “Dealers and their managers can now utilize the more centralized data that exists in their CRM without having to spend time accessing multiple systems to value trades.”

Those announcements follow a recent integration with 700Credit that was designed to allow Vision users to prescreen customers directly through the CRM, offering a single interface from which to pull credit.

“We are constantly looking for ways to improve the user experience within our technology,” said Derrick Disterhaft, director of dealer services for Vision CRM. “By offering a complete integration for running credit and prescreens, we are decreasing the time it takes for a dealer to deliver a vehicle to a buyer.”
