Autotrader to Showcase New Capabilities at NADA

Autotrader announced the release of three new features designed to deliver a more personalized shopping experience in time for this year’s NADA convention.

ATLANTA — Autotrader will showcase new capabilities at the upcoming 2019 NADA Show that simplify, streamline and deliver a personalized, online car- buying experience to consumers and drive more value and higher-quality leads for dealers.

The new and enhanced features include a more personalized search experience, which uses data to personalize the experience and make returning shoppers’ visits more valuable; increased engagement based on desirability indicators and integrated Kelley Blue Book Price Advisor data; and advancements in digital retailing that will allow dealers to work with customers online to pencil deals, calculate no-surprise payments, secure financing, reserve a vehicle and estimate trade-in values.

 “Autotrader is focused on providing consumers a unique, personalized shopping experience that delivers intuitive, valuable information and insights throughout their journey so that they can make confident and informed buying decisions, faster and easier than ever before,” said Jessica Stafford, senior vice president and general manager of Autotrader. “Autotrader’s continued transformation is making online car buying and retailing simple and seamless, this better consumer experience is driving more engagement and higher conversion to sale for our dealers.”
