DealerSocket Adds People Power to RevenueRadar
DealerSocket’s predictive marketing tool is now backed by a team of Strategic Growth Managers offering personal support to help auto dealers engage more customers.

DALLAS — DealerSocket Inc. announced the launch of a team of Strategic Growth Managers dedicated to supporting and servicing dealers utilizing RevenueRadar, a predictive marketing tool built into the company’s CRM.
The team will consult with dealers on best practices, share ideas on how to best approach customers, and work with dealers to eve and implement processes, train staff, and create marketing strategies to improve retention. Strategic Growth Managers average 21 years in the industry and eight years with DealerSocket, all according to the announcement.
“Acquiring new customers is significantly more expensive than retaining existing ones,” said Darren Harris, general manager of DealerSocket’s CRM product suite. “We realize most dealers are not using their customer data to its full potential. RevenueRadar now offers a team of dedicated Strategic Growth Managers who will partner with our dealerships to help drive more cost-effective retention strategies.”
