LAWRENCEVILLE, Georgia – Black Book, known in the automotive industry for providing timely, independent and precise vehicle pricing and analytics, announced the integration of its enhanced valuation data and license plate decoding technology into upcoming Carwiser 3.0.

Carwiser, a comprehensive solution for dealers that connects in-market consumer vehicle sellers with buyers, allows sellers to receive multiple instant offers on their vehicles from dealers throughout Carwiser’s national dealer network.

“With Black Book’s license to VIN decoding capabilities, consumers on the Carwiser platform can quickly and easily input their vehicle information one time versus many,” said Patrick Howell, Carwiser’s CEO. “It gives consumers multiple offers they want instantly to compare and choose a winning offer, and helps dealers close more deals, faster, and more efficiently.”

These updates build off of the existing Carwiser platform and include a new, mobile responsive UX. Dealers set their buying preferences, and after receiving a full vehicle profile, via API, put a offer on the vehicle — and if chosen move forward with a winning offer.

“There are endless ways to implement Black Book’s industry leading data and analytics,” said Jared Kalfus, President of Black Book. “This integration helps dealers source and be competitive when placing bids for inventory from across the country. Today, this flexibility is more important than ever.”
