Gubagoo, a provider of digital retailing and conversational commerce for automotive dealerships, was selected to be part of the new Hyundai Certified Chat Program. Dealerships can now sign up for Gubagoo Chat, a service that allows website visitors to connect with a dealership around the clock and around the year for an improved shopping experience that elevates Hyundai dealers’ brand reputation.
“It is an honor and privilege to be selected by Hyundai to help launch their chat program,” said Gubagoo President Brad Title. “We appreciate the large following of our Hyundai customers and look forward to being the go-to provider that meets the needs of every Hyundai dealer in America. They can sign up now to get the most advanced tools and support. Additionally, they’ll benefit from our long track record of success and excellence in customer interactions.”
For nearly a decade, Gubagoo has provided a connected customer experience via dealer website chat conversations. The chat offering combines automation with hundreds of live chat specialists – and the ability for dealership personnel to step in at any point in the conversation to close the deal.
The live chat technology has won the Top Rated Driving Sales Dealer Satisfaction Award for the past eight years in a row. It has also been recognized with AWA awards in the conversational commerce category for the past two years.
Gubagoo gives dealerships the ability to have a unified messaging platform across all consumer touchpoints.More than 8,500 dealerships, including 90% of the top dealer groups in North America, use Gubagoo’s chat, texting, behavioral marketing and digital retailing tools to build trust with customers, generate higher quality opportunities, and sell more cars.
“By participating in Hyundai’s chat program, dealerships have the chance to secure Gubagoo Chat right away,” concluded Title. Hyundai dealerships can enroll here.
