Three automotive dealerships made AAA’s 2026 Service Providers of Excellence and Best in Repair awards list.
The organization chose 24 recipients out of the 128 businesses nominated for the awards. The winners “consistently [deliver] exceptional customer service, [achieve] high levels of member satisfaction, and [make] meaningful contributions to their local communities,” it said.
“These awards celebrate two essential parts of AAA’s automotive network: the roadside providers who respond when members need help and the repair facilities that help keep drivers moving safely,” said AAA vice president of automotive Bryan Sander.
The three dealerships on the Best in Repair list are:
- Gold Winner – Fletcher Jones Motorcars in Newport Beach, Calif.
- Silver Winner – Tyrone Ford in Tyrone, Penn.
- Bronze Winner – Gene Messer Ford of Amarillo in Amarillo, Texas
AAA said it recognizes the Best in Repair winners for their “commitment to automotive repair excellence, exceptional customer service, and the trust they build with AAA members.”
To be a AAA Approved Auto Repair facility, businesses must undergo “rigorous” inspections and be staffed by National Institute for Automotive Excellence-certified or factory-trained technicians.
