American Financial Receives Multiple Honors in 2019 DCAs
Voters ranked American Financial & Automotive Services placed in the top three in six categories for the second straight year in the 2019 Dealers’ Choice Awards.

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — American Financial & Automotive Services Inc. was voted among the top industry providers in the 2019 Dealers’ Choice Awards. This F&I development company received honors under a record six different categories by readers of Auto Dealer Today and F&I and Showroom.
American Financial was the top multiple category winner for the second year in a row, winning first-place Diamond awards for F&I Product Training, Compliance Training, and Special Finance Training; Platinum awards for F&I Training and Sales Training; and a Gold award for Service Training.
Arden Hetland, president of American Financial, said, “Our philosophy for the past 40 years has remained the same, take care of the customer or someone else will.
