Auto/Mate DMS Adds MacroFile Doc System
Auto/Mate Dealership Systems has integrated its dealer management system with Macrosmith’s MacroFile electronic document management system.

ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems announced it has successfully completed all DMS integrations with MacroFile, Macrosmith’s electronic document management system. The integration was designed to speed auto dealers’ transition to a paperless environment, improving productivity and streamlining workflow.
“The ability to instantly retrieve information allows employees to quickly answer inquiries from partners and customers, increasing productivity and customer satisfaction,” said Mike Esposito, president and CEO of Auto/Mate. “With a document management solution, employees will never have to keep a customer waiting, because everything is at their fingertips.”
Among the expected benefits to dealers are improved customer service, reduced filing costs, secure document backup, and enhanced regulatory compliance.
“This integration provides many benefits to our customers that use Auto/Mate’s DMS,” said Grier Yartz, president and CEO of Macrosmith. “With our system, dealers can rest assured their documents are secure and easily accessible.”
