NEW YORK — automotiveMastermind announced the appointments of Christopher Clement as vice president of strategic partnerships and Giorgia Favaretto-Illig as vice president of marketing. Clement will oversee the OEM team as well as the relationship management among all dealer partners. He is responsible for supervising all business development activities.

Favaretto-Illig will oversee the brand, digital and event marketing teams as well as the marketing operations and demand generation teams. She will collaborate closely with the product, sales and dealer relations teams to ensure the Mastermind brand and messaging is cohesively represented across channels and the industry.

“Adding Giorgia and Chris to the leadership team strengthens our customer experience focus,” said Marco Schnabl, CEO of automotiveMastermind. “This pair will be influential in driving crucial partnerships and lead generation to continue our business growth into the coming years, and ultimately creating a seamless Mastermind experience for our dealer groups and OEM partners across the country.”

Clement’s career has focused on sales strategies, business development, strategic marketing and account management in a variety of companies, including several Fortune 500 companies such as Marriott. His extensive sales experience, which spans over a decade in hospitality, is apparent in his customer experience philosophies.

“automotiveMastermind is committed to embracing innovative partnerships and I am looking forward to driving that crucial process,” said Clement. “Ultimately, partnerships allow for additional positive customer experiences, making them a critical sales component.”

Favaretto-Illig brings more than a decade of experience in marketing, implementing strategies and cross-channel demand generation programs. Prior to joining Mastermind, she was the senior director of strategic marketing and operations with Thomson Reuters, where she was responsible for transforming demand generation, operations and digital strategy to create predictable, repeatable and scalable business impact for more than ten operating units and across multiple locations.

“Customer experience is leading the way in the industry and automotiveMastermind is aligning its culture accordingly,” said Favaretto-Illig. “This culture in tandem with measurable and integrated digital marketing experiences, are my passions. I am looking forward to embracing and leading these philosophies.”
