BEDFORD, Texas — Binary Automotive Solutions, a provider of customized programs designed to help dealerships sell more vehicles, announced Capitol City Honda of Olympia, Wash., has added Binary’s Lifetime Warranty Program.
Family-owned and operated since 1971, the dealership has more than 40 years of history in their hometown of Olympia, Washington, often helping children, grandchildren, and even great grandchildren, purchase vehicles. This commitment to putting the customer first is what made the Binary Lifetime Warranty Program so appealing to dealership management, according to Kelly Levesque, Capitol City’s principal.
“I always say we are in the business of building relationships, not selling cars,” Levesque said. “Binary’s Lifetime Warranty Program is just another way we can provide value and increase loyalty among our customer base; setting us apart from other dealerships in the area. We grew up in this community so when guests come in, we want them to feel like family.”
Binary helped Capitol City launch in March, providing all of the marketing and merchandising needed to promote the benefit to customers across the dealership, noted James E. Binkley, the company’s CEO.
“We’re there at the beginning of every launch because we want that dealer to feel as if they are supported 100% as they roll out the program,” Binkley said. “We’ve seen customers go from selling a few cars before Binary comes in to more than 200 in the space of just a few months. That’s how powerful our Lifetime programs can be.”
