Dealer-FX Integrates Services with MyDealerLot
Dealer-FX is partnering with MyDealerLot to integrate its Advisor Dashboard solution with the MyDealerLot’s Service Drive Concierge.
TORONTO, Canada — Dealer-FX has announced a collaboration with MyDealerLot to provide dealerships using both services improved efficiency in streamlining the customer experience. The two companies also have plans to evolve the integration to account for future services and technologies.
The integration brings MyDealerLot’s Service Drive Concierge together with the Dealer-FX Advisor Dashboard solution. Service Drive Concierge uses RFID technology to provide customer arrival information and targeted messaging to anyone inside a location.
The integration now allows the Service Drive Concierge information to be automatically loaded into the Advisor Dashboard. From there, a service advisor can access vital information as soon as a customer arrives, including VIN, service history, recalls, warranty and other customer information.
The next phase of the partnership will see Dealer-FX’s Route Sheet 3.0 linking into MyDealerLot’s Zonal Tracking system to allow dealers to identify where in the service process a vehicle is. The service also provides status notifications to the customer.
“The formal integration of these two technologies enables dealerships to provide an accurate, consistent and transparent service experience at every service visit,” said Gary Kalk, president and CEO of Dealer-FX. “Not only does it enhance the customer experience but it also makes your service department more efficient and profitable.”
