LAS VEGAS — Dealer-FX was selected as the TU-Automotive 2015 Industry Newcomer at the TU-Automotive show in Detroit, Mich.

The TU-Automotive awards recognize connected-car companies and highlight emerging players within the industry. Dealer-FX offers products designed to improve customer retention, mobile and data strategies.

The company's 1 Solution suite of service tools provides integrated software for sales-to-service transition, online scheduling, appointment ledgers, route sheets, vehicle status boards, DMS integration and advisor and technician dashboards. It also supports vehicle telematics and diagnostic data integration.

Dealer-FX recently announced 1 Solution 3.0 with improvements to enable service departments in dealing with changing expectations from customers who are more informed about service issues. It also assists dealers in managing workflow and driving process improvements.
