Helion Earns Top-100 Ranking From MSPmentor

Helion Automotive Technologies is ranked No. 69 out of 501 in MSPmentor’s latest ranking of the world’s top managed services providers.

BALTIMORE — Dealership IT provider Helion Automotive Technologies has been ranked No. 69 out of 501 top managed services providers in the world, according to the 2017 MSPmentor 501 Global Edition — Worldwide Company Rankings. The annual compilation is widely recognized as the IT industry’s most respected ranking.

“The fact that Helion is among the top MSPs in the world demonstrates the degree to which the automotive industry recognizes and embraces the importance of technology to current and future business operations,” said Erik Nachbahr, founder and president of Helion Automotive Technologies. “In the last 10 years, the auto industry has been completely transformed by technology, and there is still much more change ahead.”

Helion’s offerings include end-to-end management of hardware infrastructure, software applications support, help desk support, data and cybersecurity solutions, communications and more. The company claims more than 650 auto dealership clients and 28,000 end users, an average of 300 help desk calls per day, and the resolution of more than 6,000 IT issues per month.
