ST. LOUIS, Mo.— Linn Powerhouse Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Jim Butler Auto Group, is purchasing the assets of a FORD dealership and a Stellantis (Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM) dealership in Mexico, Missouri, and is relocating both to Centralia, Missouri. This will be the first FORD dealership and the 9th and 10th franchises of the Jim Butler Auto Group. The FORD and CDJR dealerships will open on Friday, January 21, in a temporary facility located next to Jim Butler Centralia Chevrolet.
Design work has begun on two new showrooms and an expanded service facility at the same location, which will be complete in 2024. Jim Butler Centralia Chevrolet, FORD, and CDJR are all located at 700 West Highway 22, Centralia, MO 65240-1123.
The closing of the sale today marks the expansion of the Jim Butler presence in Centralia, giving customers in surrounding areas access to an automotive hub that will include the existing Centralia Chevrolet dealership along with the new FORD and CDJR dealerships. Centrally located, the expanded Jim Butler hub will provide a new choice for all Missourians in person and online.
Jim Butler Auto Group’s $3.0 million development in Centralia location will include new showrooms and a state of the art service expansion with the most advanced technology in the market. The new dealerships will be hiring approximately 50 new sales, business development, administrative and service employees.
