ST. LOUIS — Know How Systems (div. Dent Wizard International) received the inaugural Top Quality award for finished vehicle logistics service providers. The award was presented in April at the 10th Annual Finished Vehicle Logistics North America Conference in Huntington Beach, Calif.

KhS provides high-volume automotive repair, claims management, and appraisal services to automotive OEMs and their insurers in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The company was among 26 finalists in nine category awards presented “to recognize excellence and innovation in every corner of the finished vehicle logistics sector in North America.”

The Top Quality award, specifically, was voted on by OEMs and industry leaders to recognize the company that has shown the most impressive improvements in preventing or dealing with damage and disruption, as well as a company with the most proven, effective process technology and equipment.

“I’m proud to accept this recognition on behalf of the KhS and Dent Wizard teams,” said Scott Blind, KhS division president. “Our mission at KhS focuses on quality, in addition to efficiency and customer satisfaction. This award offers validation that we’re delivering on a key part our mission.”

Mike Black, Dent Wizard’s president and CEO added, “The combined Dent Wizard and KhS teams have truly leveraged our intellectual capital, scope, and national footprint to work closely together to exceed customer expectations. Our teams remain committed to providing solutions for our customers that simplify and deliver value.

“Scott Blind, Scott Goodwin, our regional vice presidents, and a host of others contributed to this award. Our strengths are in our people and resources. We’re honored to be recognized in this manner.”
