Podium Earns BMW/Mini, FCA Endorsements
Podium has joined the ranks of preferred dealership providers for the BMW/Mini and Fiat Chrysler brands.
LEHI, Utah — Customer interaction platform provider Podium was recently endorsed by BMW/Mini of America and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) as a preferred dealership service provider.
With these endorsements, Podium joins a small set of providers selected as best-of-breed by each manufacturer. Through being endorsed, these manufacturers recommend to each of their dealers that Podium is a vital tool for them to operate and represent the brand in the most modern and effective way. Each OEM brand that has endorsed Podium will market its products and services to each of their dealers and provide Podium operational support for billing. In some cases, including BMW and Mini, Podium’s solutions are co-op eligible, all according to the announcement.
Podium is already working with 3,000 franchise dealers in the U.S. and an additional 700 independent dealerships, and is currently adding around 100 dealerships every month. The company is also working with seven of the top 10 dealership groups in the country, and with this recent endorsement, these numbers are expected to accelerate, executives said.
