Scottsdale, Ariz.— CNA National has welcomed Randy Cauthen in the newly created role of divisional vice president. In this position, he will oversee and support the company’s clients and sales staff located in the western half of the U.S.

Given our commitment to supporting the growth and goals of our clients, his wealth of knowledge and long-term relationships will be invaluable to everyone involved.

Cauthen is a well-known and highly respected veteran of the F&I industry with more than 31 years of experience at all levels—from retail sales to agencies and third-party administrators. He served as executive vice president for Tricor Automotive for the past six years, after stints with APCO and AON/Resource/Ryan Dealer Group, among others. Cauthen was also on the board of directors for a dealer-owned non-controlled foreign corporation.

“Randy is viewed by agents and dealers as a true partner, and we are very fortunate to have him join us,” said Jeff Weston, chief revenue officer for CNAN. “Given our commitment to supporting the growth and goals of our clients, his wealth of knowledge and long-term relationships will be invaluable to everyone involved.”

“My professional life has been dedicated to helping dealers grow their business and assisting my own staff to advance to the next level of their careers,” said Cauthen. “I welcome the chance to join this outstanding team and look forward to the opportunities that come from working for a company with such a stellar reputation.”

Cauthen mentored many of today’s industry leaders in F&I and has been recognized with multiple awards throughout his career. He is a graduate of St. Bernard Parish College and GM’s Dealer Academy.
