ISELIN, N.J. – Superior Integrated Solutions announced that that it has surpassed seven million DMS transactions per month for the Ford SMART Technology Program.

Currently, SIS handles more than seven Million transactions monthly for more than 400 Ford dealers nationwide. Ford's SMARTT program is designed to improve convenience and efficiency for customers visiting a Ford service center by using online and mobile technology. SIS ensures transactions on all platforms, including mobile are secure.

“We pride ourselves in delivering the safest and most secure DMS integration on the market,” said Phillip Battista, CEO of SIS.  “Our flexibility and customized integration model is what allows us to partner with Ford Motor Company for hundreds of its stores nationwide.”

SIS is certified or approved to provide integration services for 14 DMS providers and also serves as an integration service provider for multiple OEMS, CRM companies, F&I product providers, F&I menus, vehicle appraisal tools, DMV technology providers, and much more.

SIS also specializes in real-time data integration. With SIS, dealers can click on-demand and access their data as needed.

Every interface is customized to the provider and dealer and created using multiple layers of quality assurance. SIS services more than 11,800 dealerships to date including the industry’s largest publicly-traded and private automotive conglomerates, OEMs and automotive vendors across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Superior is not owned in whole, or in part, by any DMS company. This creates the ability for Superior to service 14 different DMS vendors with one standard interface, resulting in increased scalability for its OEMS and vendors.

SIS has taken several measures to ensure data security and stability. The company has over $1 million invested in secure technology residing in its Tier III fully-hosted facility. The company has SSAE16 certified compliance, paired with 2N redundancy and a 100 percent uptime guarantee.
