The AWIN Group of Dealerships launched an auto group mobile application, the result of a collaboration between it and Mobile Dealer, an auto dealer mobile app and digital solutions provider.

The AWIN app offers convenient access to AWIN dealerships and its services. It's designed for users to find and purchase new and used cars of all brands available at AWIN dealerships, manage, save and sync their purchases, access and download the manufactures’ applications, connect with roadside assistance, electric vehicle travel assistant and more.

The app is available in the App store and on Google Play for free download on smartphones and tablets.

“We are incredibly excited to directly connect with our clients through their smartphones, offering this innovative tool to give them and their family access to the hub of the largest luxury and non-luxury vehicles and services available in our dealer network. The app will help elevate our clients experience to new heights while they’re on their AWIN journey” said Dr. Sylvester Chuang, founder and president of Auto World Imports Network.

The app provides a convenient way for users to manage their vehicles from their smartphones, offering a plethora of features.

Jim Allen, president and CEO of Mobile Dealer – A Karmak Company, said,“We are honored to collaborate with the AWIN team and assist them in fostering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with their esteemed reputation. Engaging with shoppers at every stage of their buying journey and keeping customers connected throughout their vehicle ownership lifecycle with meaningful communications will assist the AWIN Group of Dealerships in elevating customer satisfaction and retention.”

A personalized experience is made possible by integration with the group’s dealer management, customer relationship management, and inventory management systems. Features and benefits to clients include:

  • Digital showroom: In one view, shoppers have access to extensive luxury and nonluxury new, preowned, certified preowned and demonstrator models. A live inventory feeds across all dealerships with the ability to save and share favorite vehicles and book test drives.

  • Customizable search: Users can refine their vehicle searches based on preferences and needs, such as make, model, year, mileage, and price range.

  • Customer and family profiles: Customers and families with multiple brand interests can merge profiles and upload their vehicles on the app for a personalized experience.

  • Connectivity and travel:Users have access to all manufacturers’ apps represented by the AWIN Group of Dealerships manufacturer apps, and can leverage EV route-planning tools to optimize their trips.

  • Roadside assistance: Convenient access to roadside-assistance numbers, which can be filtered by brand
